WHAT IS BIOMASS FUEL BRIQUETTE ?
Biomass Fuel Briquette is a kind of Bio Fuel which is made up of Bio waste materials gathered from various sources. Use of Bio Fuel in place of Non-renewable resources like Coal and Petroleum products help in reducing the presence of carbon emission in the environment. And for that there is no better substitute than Renewable Briquettes as unlike Coal, Petrol, and Diesel, they do not produce and leave harmful gases to the atmosphere. The three main sources of raw material for Biomass Briquettes are Agricultural fields, Forest areas and Garbage dumps piled up at the outskirts of urban cities.
Waste products from Agricultural fields
- Cotton Stalks
- Jute or Coconut Shell
- Biogases or Sugarcane Trash
- Rice Husks or Rice Hulls
- Ground Nut Shell
Waste products from Forestry fields
- Tree Barks
- Woodchips
- Withered Bamboo leaves
- Shrunken Palm shrubs
Waste products Garbage Dumps
- Household waste
- Commercial waste
How Bio coal Briquette is produced from Bio waste?
All this waste material is first transported to Briquetting Machinery Plants and then in next process, it is processed under different machines. The various machines that are used in this process include Biomass Crusher or Shredder Machine, Biomass Turbo Dryer and Fuel Briquette Machine itself. The process starts with Biomass Crushing machine where the raw material which has uneven form is crushed to compress it into small pieces. After that process, crushed raw material is put into Biomass Shredder Machine for grinding once it is done. Then comes the process of Biomass Turbo Dryer, this dryig machine evaporates the moisture content from the raw material processed from Biomass Crusher Machine. After that the dried raw material is processed through the Biomass Fuel Briquette Machine which is also known as Bio Coal Briquetting Plant. The output or yield of briquetting machinery comes as Briquettes in various sizes of cylindrical form.
